Yes, we absolutely guarantee that we will get results for you. How we define and measure results will vary depending on your current situation, overall goals, and strategy we deploy. As part of our strategy, we will define a set of metrics that we will be tracking, as well as some target numbers for them. You will be able to monitor the performance in real time, 24/7 through your client dashboard. And if we don’t deliver results in 6 months or less, you absolutely should fire us!
WHICH PLATFORMS ARE AVAILABLE?
The primary social media platforms we work on are Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Twitter. We also do YouTube ads. HOW MUCH DOES SMM COST?
The cost of social media marketing (SMM) will be different in every situation. The more competitive your market, the more effort will be required in order to get results. Also, there are two separate elements—content publishing and advertising. Both are available with all of our marketing plans.
CAN I APPROVE THE CONTENT FIRST?
Yes, For content publishing, you will be able to see all the posts before they are published. You will be able to submit request for revisions if needed. For ad campaigns, all ad copies and images are submitted for your review and approval before they go live.
DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU MY PASSWORD?
Absolutely not. We don’t require the usernames and passwords of your personal profiles. Instead we will simply request that you grant admin-level access to one of our own accounts, which doesn’t require us to get your private log-in info. In fact, logging into other users’ profiles is highly discouraged since this can cause the profile to be locked. We use industry best practices which protects the privacy and liability of both parties.
DO YOU REPLY TO COMMENTS?
No. When it comes to public engagement between your brand and social media users, it’s best that interaction be directly between the user and yourself or an employee of your company. People do business with people. So in order to create sustainable organic growth, authenticity is very important. With that said, we can provide some coaching if needed regarding best practices for handling certain types of comments.
WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE CAMPAIGN?
Yes! All campaigns are created and run from within your own accounts and you can access them at any time. With that said, it’s best that you don’t go in and make changes to anything we’re working on as it could negatively impact the campaign’s effectiveness. But you can monitor performance 24/7 from within our proprietary dashboard.

We provide total transparency into all of the work that we perform as well as the results. You’ll have access to a custom reporting dashboard that allows you to monitor your campaign 24/7.
